Frequently asked questions

Common issues, answered directly.

The search above filters both setup steps and these answers.

01Why does the bot show as not installed?

Make sure the bot is on the selected Discord server, then open Account and Bot and run the installation check. The selected server in the header must match the server where the bot was invited.

02Why can the bot not create channels or roles?

The bot role needs the required Discord permissions and must be placed above the roles it should manage. Run the permission check after changing the role order.

03Why is my panel not visible in Discord?

A saved preview is not yet published. Open Ticket Panels, select the target channel and publish or update the panel.

04Why can a supporter not see or claim a ticket?

Check the role assignment in Roles & Permissions and the individual ticket-type rights. Discord channel permissions and NexCore rights must both allow the action.

05Where are PDF transcripts and archives stored?

Open Archive to review Discord archive channels, PDF format, retention and optional FTP, SFTP or customer archive targets.

06Why did my paid feature become inactive after a downgrade?

NexCore keeps saved content but disables items above the new plan limit. Open Plans & Usage and choose which saved items remain active.

07Where can I download invoices?

Open Plans & Usage, then Billing. There you can view invoice details, download the invoice PDF and open the Stripe customer portal.

08How do I cancel or resume a subscription?

Use Billing in the protected panel. A public cancellation route is also available from every footer. Scheduled cancellations can be resumed before the period ends.

09Why is a language visible but locked?

English and German are production-ready. Other registered languages stay locked until every key, placeholder and layout has passed review.

10What information should I include in a bug report?

Include the affected Discord server ID, NexCore ID, the exact page or action, the expected result, the actual result and the time the issue occurred. Never send passwords or API secrets.

Direct support

Send one complete request instead of five follow-ups.

The form stores a support reference and forwards the request to NexCore Support. Do not include passwords, secret keys or payment card data.
