Contracting party and payment provider
The SupportDesk contract is entered into with the operator named in the Legal Notice. Stripe is the technical payment provider and is not the contracting party for the SupportDesk service.
- Payment provider
- Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Limited and affiliated Stripe entities, depending on service and location)
- Billing
- Stripe Checkout, Stripe Elements, and Stripe Billing
- Customer portal
- Stripe Customer Portal through the NexCore billing area
- Currency
- The amount and currency displayed during checkout are decisive.
Price, tax, and promotional period
Before the final paid confirmation, NexCore displays the selected plan, assigned Discord server, amount due today, billing interval, and—where a promotion applies—the regular price that follows.
Final prices include applicable tax. Stripe Tax may be used to calculate and display tax. Business customers may be able to enter a tax ID and billing address during checkout.
Subscription and automatic renewal
Paid plans are recurring subscriptions. Monthly subscriptions automatically renew for one further month until effectively cancelled. The next billing date is shown in NexCore and/or the Stripe customer portal.
Payment methods and payment data
Available payment methods are provided by Stripe. NexCore receives payment and subscription status and invoice metadata but does not store complete card or bank-account details.
Invoices and receipts
Invoices, receipts, and payment status are available in Billing & Invoices. Original invoices and PDF files are provided by Stripe. Billing address and payment method can be managed through the customer portal where available.
Upgrade and downgrade
An upgrade may take effect immediately. Stripe may calculate a prorated difference and shows the amount due today before final confirmation. A downgrade is normally scheduled for the end of the current billing period.
Features not included in the new plan may become inactive under the content-protection rules. Stored configuration is not automatically deleted solely because of a plan change.
Cancellation and continuation
You can cancel the subscription in NexCore Billing for the end of the current billing period. A scheduled cancellation can be withdrawn before the end date. The public cancellation form is available as an alternative.
Failed payments and refunds
If payment fails, Stripe may retry the payment or request an updated payment method. NexCore may restrict paid features after reasonable notice. Mandatory rights and amounts already due remain unaffected.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method where required by law or expressly approved by support. Processing time can depend on Stripe, the bank, and the payment method.
Withdrawal and mandatory consumer rights
Mandatory withdrawal, warranty, and termination rights remain unaffected. Whether a withdrawal right applies or expires depends in particular on customer status, the start of performance, and statutory requirements. This page is not a substitute for individual legal advice.
Billing contact
When contacting support, please include your NexCore ID, the affected Discord server, and the Stripe invoice or subscription number where possible. Never send complete card or bank details by email.
