Scope and contracting party
These Terms govern use of NexCore SupportDesk, including the Discord bot, web dashboard, APIs, and related features. The contracting party is Adrian Ziroth. Different terms apply only where we expressly agree to them.
The service
NexCore SupportDesk provides tools for creating and managing Discord support tickets. Features may include ticket panels, forms, categories, role and permission controls, transcripts, ratings, analytics, automation, and archives. The exact scope depends on the selected plan and the current product description.
Eligibility and accounts
- You need a valid Discord account and must comply with Discord’s terms.
- You must be authorized to manage the relevant Discord server.
- Login credentials, OAuth grants, and NexCore IDs must not be shared without authorization.
- You are responsible for keeping contact information current and protecting your devices.
Server-operator responsibilities
Server operators decide what ticket data is collected and who can access it. They must clearly inform members, obtain required permissions, choose appropriate retention settings, and assign roles carefully. Sensitive data should be collected only where necessary and lawful.
Content and licenses
Users and server operators retain their rights in messages, form responses, attachments, logos, and other content. They grant us the non-exclusive technical rights necessary to store, transmit, convert, and make that content available to authorized people for the purpose of providing the service.
You confirm that you have the rights required for content you upload and that processing it does not infringe third-party rights.
Acceptable use
The service must not be used for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes. Prohibited activity includes:
- Harassment, threats, hateful content, exploitation, or distribution of illegal material.
- Phishing, malware, fraud, spam, mass unsolicited contact, or bypassing security measures.
- Unauthorized collection, publication, or sale of personal data.
- Reverse engineering or automated overload except where permitted by law or approved in writing.
- Any use that violates Discord rules, third-party rights, or applicable law.
Plans, pricing, and payment
We may offer free and paid plans. The final price displayed before purchase includes applicable tax. Where an introductory price applies, the promotional period and the regular price that follows are shown before the final paid confirmation.
Paid plans are recurring subscriptions processed through Stripe. Charges are made in the currency and billing interval shown during checkout. Available payment methods are provided by Stripe depending on country, device, and payment risk.
Stripe provides payment confirmations and invoices. NexCore does not store complete card or bank details. More information is available on the Billing & Subscription page.
Term, renewal, and cancellation
Monthly subscriptions renew for another billing period unless effectively cancelled. The next renewal date and cancellation status are displayed in Billing & Invoices.
Ordinary cancellation generally takes effect at the end of the paid billing period. Paid features remain available until then. Mandatory rights to terminate for cause remain unaffected.
Failed payments, refunds, and plan changes
If payment fails, Stripe may retry the payment and NexCore may restrict paid features after reasonable notice. Amounts already due remain payable.
Upgrades may take effect immediately and may be prorated. Downgrades generally take effect at the end of the current billing period. Stored settings are not automatically deleted under the product’s content-protection rules.
Refunds are issued where required by law or where we expressly approve a refund. Refunds are normally returned to the original payment method.
Availability, maintenance, and changes
We work to provide a stable service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, security updates, outages, Discord API changes, or events outside our control may temporarily affect features.
We may improve, replace, or discontinue features while reasonably considering user interests. For material adverse changes to paid services, we will give appropriate notice and provide rights required by law.
Third-party services
The service depends on Discord and may depend on other third parties. Their terms and technical decisions are outside our control. NexCore SupportDesk is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or officially endorsed by Discord Inc.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service, remove the bot, and delete your account through the available procedures. We may suspend or terminate access for serious breaches, security risks, abuse, non-payment, or legal requirements. Where reasonable, we will first provide notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue.
Before ordinary termination, server operators should export any transcripts or configurations they need. Data may be permanently deleted after applicable retention and backup periods expire.
Warranties and liability
Statutory warranty rights apply. We are fully liable for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, and where liability is mandatory by law. For slight negligence involving an essential contractual obligation, liability is limited to reasonably foreseeable loss typical for the contract. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Indemnity for unlawful content
To the extent permitted by law, you will indemnify us against valid third-party claims arising from unlawful content under your responsibility, missing rights, or a culpable breach of these Terms. This does not apply where you are not responsible for the breach.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is processed. Server operators may have their own controller responsibilities for ticket content and must inform their communities accordingly.
Changes to these Terms
We may amend these Terms for an objective reason, such as new features, security requirements, or legal changes. We will provide notice before material changes take effect. Mandatory rights to terminate or reject changes remain unaffected.
Governing law and contact
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, this choice does not remove mandatory protection under the law of their habitual residence. Statutory venues remain unaffected.
We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
